Publicitas launches APAC digital sales and marketing operation

The unit will be launched in January 2011, under the leadership of the Director of digital advertising to offer Rock Po, and global opportunities to advertisers online customers.

The company has also formed a technological partnership with Double Clicks, ad management and serving technology company, to obtain access to his campaign management technology.

"While we will provide all the traditional services of online ad, I think the attention to our publishers will move from simply by increasing the impressions, which developed in a trade in goods, to develop their trading platforms for various forms of distribution related, and business models," said Charlton D'Silva, CEO of Asia-Pacific at Publicitas

He said that this new offering will position Publicitas digital as main supplier of digital media solutions for Hong Kong global award sites with the ability to provide services management campaign. Publicitas Hong Kong becomes the online hub serving Asia-Pacific offices of Publicitas.

The service will also offer media positioning sites non-premium ad networks like Google and social networks.

The company boasts with a comprehensive network of sales offices of media in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, which represented publishers including Times of India in India, Fairfax and now in Australia, today newspapers and The Edge in Singapore, Rayli in China, the USA today in the United States and The Independent in the United Kingdom.

As part of the media society PubliGroupe, Publicitas is the largest independent media representation around the world.
