A programme recently, I attended various executives sit on a panel discussing the success of their organizations over time. The advice they've given are just as appropriate accounting profession as for any business enterprise. What they said it was when managing and growing your firm, make sure that the promises you make them reflect the personality and the talented employees and team leadership. In a nutshell, culture supports your brand and if they are not realistic about philosophy and attitude of the company, you can make promises that you cannot keep!
