PolyOne Corporation announced that PolyOne GLS thermoplastic elastomers has been chosen by ExxonMobil Chemical Company to be its main marketing specialist for thermoplastic vulcanizate medical products (TPV) made using Santoprene ™ TPV of ExxonMobil Chemical. As part of the global agreement, GLS will use Santoprene TPV doctors degrees to make custom formulations compounds marketed under the brand GLS. Furthermore, the agreement also names PolyOne distribution as an authorized distributor in the United States and PolyOne GLS thermoplastic elastomers as an authorized distributor in Europe for unmodified medical Santoprene TPV grades, which are used in applications that don't require custom formulations.
