Shopper marketing Agency Saatchi & Saatchi X gains foothold in India

X Saatchi & Saatchi, the marketing agency global shopper from Publicis group, announced its launch at home to India Retail Forum on Tuesday. Shopper marketing involves understand shopper's behavior in a retail environment and contributing as a result of consumers and brands retail buyers to destination.

'' We have always had the ambition to launch in India, '' said Simon Hathaway, chief executive officer for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, the launch function in Mumbai, adding that the Indian retail market was evolving very quickly.

'' Even from our perspective, there are lots of global clients that it takes in India, because they see skills we bring to the table in other markets. our global clients include P & G, Diageo, Walmart, Carrefour, PepsiCo and LG Electronics. and look forward to leveraging our experience and competence in shopper marketing over the past 14 years to create conversations with Indian buyers, that will inspire travel traffic and, ultimately making the cash register ring, '' he said.

Diageo is the client before the Agency to come on board in India.'' We see an enormous growth opportunities in the Indian market, '' said Hathaway. the Agency plans to invest heavily in training and research.

For starters, there will be nine team members, and agency plans to get as many people on Board later this year.The marketing agency is open for customers of India Saatchi & Saatchi.

The Agency has already more than 350 members through offices in Argentina, China, Germany, Italy, Russia, UAE, UK and USA.
