Notice is hereby given that Oliver Vivienne Elizabeth and Anthony Cliff Spicer (IP Nos 9520 and 9071) of Smith and Williamson Limited, 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6np were appointed joint liquidators of the company above the August 8, 2011 by members.
The joint liquidators order pursuant to rule 4,182 (A) of the insolvency rules 1986 that creditors of these companies are required by September 28, 2011 to send their names and addresses with indications of any complaints against the company for the joint liquidator at the above address, or default will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution before these debts are demonstrated.
The directors of the company have made a legal declaration that made a full inquiry into the Affairs of society and that are of the opinion that the company will be able to pay its debts in full with interest within a period of twelve months from the commencement of liquidation. This warning is purely formal. All known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
