The Federal conservatives are involved in a scuffle with a woman whose husband died of cancer caused by asbestos.
The Conservatives are experiencing Michaela Keyserling, to stop using their party logo in Industry Canada denounced a controversial ad.
Her husband, Robert, died in 2009 of mesothelioma.
Keyserling is running a banner on-line that says Canada is the only Western country that still exports the deadly substance.
She says that her husband was a lifelong supporter of conservative and was also a riding Association President of old PC Party รข € "and you would be ashamed of its continued support for the industry.
Conservative Party Executive Director Dan Hilton you sent an email saying to immediately stop using the logo of the party. Hilton accuses Ottawa woman of infringement of trademark laws and warns of further consequences if she persists.
