Hanover: to help boost the adoption of solar technology

Hannover: to help Boost the adoption of solar technology

The Agency will support the solar technology company HomeSun and his campaign to promote the Boost that the feed-in tariffs (FITs) provide the residential solar panels.

Fits, introduced by the Government last year, means that the electricity companies must pay for every unit of renewable electricity produced from homes. HomeSun uses money from fits to provide free solar panels, solar and 25 years of free maintenance.

Hanover, won the short after a competitive pitch and will work with public and HomeSun on a Government reports integrated campaign to maximize awareness of the value added of the green economy.

Daniel Green, CEO of HomeSun said: ' historically, solar was the domain of the wealthy middle classes.  Suits have HomeSun to change that and deliver energy independent socially inclusive.

' We had people Twitter on their solar photovoltaic system – when was the last time people obtained that excited about electricity?  There is a positive and successful movement on the ground, which is down to support FITS and is changing the way people produce, use and display power. This story needs to reach the mainstream media and the Government. "

Charles Lewington, Hanover, MD, commented: ' HomeSun is a major player in energy with a compelling narrative to tell his company's added value. Green economy issues remain high on the political agenda and public in the coming months and we look forward to working with the team to help you navigate it HomeSun. '
