Shaanxi YanChang petroleum group will have its piano forte in China's refined oil market. They will invest 200 billion RMB in the development of refined oil distribution and retail in the future 10 years. YanChang Petroleum purchased Sichuan Shell Fuel sales co. in December 2008 and started its retail business in China. They hope to establish networks of 1,000 gasoline during the "12th 5 year national plan".
