Product single Network Marketing companies? Recipe for failure?

There are hundreds if not thousands of network (NM) companies out there, start with marketing more every month. There are lots of things to consider when they decide to join one, but we are talking about the problem of individual product or not.

One thing I would advise against it would be the ' single product ' network marketing companies. There are companies that really only offer NM a product. Without arguing the merits if the product does what he had to do or not, let's take a look at the "single product" approach. What happens if some fundamental change occurs that causes this product may not be more desirable or negotiable? For example, is a surcharge of some sort. What is most likely to happen with a product like this would be a sort of side effect and a lawsuit, followed by a lot of negative publicity. Or it could be a negative report from the FDA.

To give you an example of real life, a few years ago, was driving EcoQuest international on a high horse. Were not of a single product NM, but definitely had a flagship product, which resulted in the lion's share of their business – air purification systems based on ozone. These systems probably processed by ozone spray in your room and "crushing" mold, odors and contaminants. And it wasn't the only EcoQuest selling these things: sharper image has had one, too. But in 2004, EPA has come out with a report warning people that use these systems in the home was dangerous due to ozone levels in closed environments. Needless to say, bad business (although they did recover).

Bottom line: single product NMs (or NMs with a high percentage of sales from a single product) can be a dicey proposition. Is that old "too many eggs in one basket" thing all over again.
